Hi. Could you all suggest the best bank to get Mastercard World Debit card / Rupay Select Debit card with lowest fees or with no fees with MAB below 25k?

If you want to get rsdc then the best bank would be canara bank, you can open general savings account and ask them to only issue rsdc card or you can also apply rsdc through the mobile banking once the account is activated. It has no issuance charges and will be charged annual fee after a year.

BOB is a good option since it offer RSDC at a less charges of ₹500+GST as compared to others in the market of ₹1000+GST
The only drawback is that RSDC is only available with some specific accounts variants like Super Saving Account, Mahila Shakti Account, Senior Citizen Privilege Account, Professional Savings Account

For select Rupay debit cards, all psu banks are issuing and charging the annual charges, which made the benefits even lesser for the select cards. Specially the recent tricks being reported for cc payment.
