Ideal for maximum 3000 bill payment.
However amazon now charges convenience fee on all credit cards. Axis neo Life time free card.

Au Lit - 3.8% net off (for spends of 10000/ statement) can get additional returns also based on features used. Its also Ltf
 
ICICI Emirates is my current favourite after Amex Plat and MRCC (Amazon GC)for utilities payments as I get 2 Skywards Points for evry ₹100 spent. It's the only Travel CC giving you points on both utilities, and gold.
