Almost all HPCL co-branded credit cards are offering extra cashback for using HP Pay when making payments for fuel.

Is it like a direct payment? For example, I scan a HP Pay QR code and then directly use the credit card to pay. Also, are there any extra charges for doing so?

Do not load money into the HP Pay Wallet using the HPCL credit card. Many issuers like IDFC First and BoB do not give you rewards for that.

Instead, directly pay using the HP Pay app and IDFC First/BoB HPCL credit card. We can get 4-6 reward points per Rs 100 of fuel payment through the HP Pay app depending on the HPCL co-branded credit card. Each reward point is worth 25 paise.

try getting hpay vouchers at discounted prices or use reward multiplier for the same.

These HP vouchers are not easily available. If anybody knows where to get them other than at Gyftr , then please post

Yes, you can pay through HP Pay app using the credit card or directly swipe the card too. Rewards do not work for all HP fuel pumps. There used to be a list on HP Pay app for HP fuel pumps. It used to work fine when I was using the card.

No catch if one is comfortable with IOCL and a pump with attendant/manager who knows how to redeem the park plus voucher on ITPS machine.

Yeah, it simply said transaction failed, no transaction failure message from bank
