So been waiting to put up a topic in help you people choose a good debit card out there might be the best one available right now.

There are 2 debit cards i hold from this Banks RBL
1. Signature + [SPDC]
2. Enterprise [EDC]

Below is a comparison so that you can choose as per your needs.

so total value after paying 350 rs joining fee is 21000 on annual spends on 15L

NOTE
To be eligible to receive CB

For SDC, minimum spend is 10K and CA holder with 25K minimum spend
For EDC, minimum spend is 20K and CA holder with 25K minimum spend

I haven't received the cashback for April month, will customer care help? Should I mention that the transaction was for cc bill payment?

To be eligible to receive CB for SGP one should do a min of 20k spending/month while for EDC a min of 20k/month is necessary .

I think the Rs. 20000 minimum spend requirement is for the current account holder

For normal savings account minimum monthly spends has to be 20k to be eligible for cashback?
 
Pay Credit Card bills using RBL Signature + Debit Card a.k.a World's best debit card Ever and get 1% cashback + 5k cashback, if annually 5 lakhs+ spend.

Website/apps to pay credit card bills -

1) SBI unipay website
2) Sri ram one app
3) Airtel app
4) Dhanipay app (kyc required)

Did you get the cashback finally? I have raised multiple tickets for this and no response! RBL bank's cust service sucks!

There's one way I found IndusInd replying..

1. Tweet them the issue...they will ask for DM
2. You will receive an email e.g., TYER-xxxxxx (Case ID:xxxxxxxx)
3. After few days (-10 days), They will first call you and clarify your concern and eventually email for closure

My experience is good for this social media team of IndusInd 👍

That's what I did but this people closed my request saying that we have pushed the voucher sms but after that I raised the issue again and have recieved multiple request but received nothing so far
 
They said it's in the milestone voucher section but yesterday I shared the ss of that as well with them let's what happens on Monday
