RBL Best Debit Cards

Hi all. Has Canara Setu stopped giving debit card reward pts using HDFC Platinum DC for CC bill payments? Did CC payments 6 days back and points not yet credited to HDFC Platinum DC

Max you will get 1% upto 750 per month.

HDFC dnt reverse failed/refund transaction cashback points.

I made a CC payment on Canara Setu using HDFC Platinum DC 10 days back and not received reward points yet. It was my first payment of the month, so no chance of exhausting limit. Will wait for few more days for the reward points to be credited.

I had mailed customer support for the same, here is the reply that I had received:

"At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience caused

As per our telephonic conversation we wish to inform you that shared your debit card milestone calculation option valuable feedback with our concerned department for necessary action and evaluation.

Further we request you to kindly download the statement from internet banking in excel format.

Further we request you to kindly filter the account statement by mentioning the pcd transactions.

Hence by doing so you will able to find all the details of the transaction done by you with a debit card.

Further, we would like to inform you that you can download your Bank statement personally using the below of the following options

• Internet Banking: We request you to click on the link sent on your registered Mobile number for RBL Cares and then type “account statement”. Follow the steps mentioned on the screen to download the statements for your account Or We request you to click on the link mentioned https://chatbot.rblbank.com/RBLCares and then type “account statement”. Follow the steps mentioned on the screen to download the statements for your account. (You can download statement for a range of maximum up to 6 months at a time)

Further annual vouchers are processed to the customer after completion of 1 year from the debit card issuance date and if customer is eligible."
 
And after all of this, I am yet to receive annual milestone vouchers for RBL EDC :/
Anyone who has received annual vouchers recently?

Which HDFC Platinum DC you used (black color one) ?

Yes the black color one. HDFC Easyshop Platinum DC. Not having it with me right now to share the pic.

I have used the same DC on SBI Unipay and JioFinance before and got reward points for CC payments.

I got the same exact merchant names. Verified on otp page and also bank statement. But still the hdfc DC reward pts are not credited even after 13 days :( Can customer care help on this?
 
Did anyone receive rewards for RBL SGP for September spends, I paid CC bills on SBI Unipay but didn't receive rewards yet

My experience is otherwise with HDFC Debit Card...

RP / Cashback coming within max 2 working days.

Saying after doing some 10-12 transactions across 4 accounts in last last 2 months

Yes, last one I did was credited with points pretty fast.
