Want to degrade my current account with IDFC Bank. How to go about it? Is it tough?

Hello, I maintain an HUF Current Account with IDFC Bank. The RM didn't inform me properly and misled me into opening a minimum 50000inr account. I want to degrade to 1 level below to 10000 inr. How do I go about it? Anywhere I can do it online without the need to visit a branch? Thanks

For HUF dealings most of the time nothing happens without branch visit across all banks.
