Which card to get for Accor points?

I have the following:

1. Amex Trifecta (already done with milestones)
2. Axis Atlas - finished Platinum milestone (set for group A for 2026 and 2027 even assuming no devaluations)
3. Other Axis cards: FK Axis (LTF), Axis IOCL Premium (LTF)

I want to accumulate accor points, as that has worked out for me as a redemption. What card can I get? I spend about 70-80K per month - mostly online spends, and few offline things. Thinking of HSBC TravelOne but it got rejected for some reason. Didnt follow up with the bank. I dont have spends that justify going all the way to HSBC premier. Nor do I have the option to shift my salary account to get that. Wondering what I could get next...

basically saying cant help. useless. this is why I dont want to bother unless if anyone knows an RM that can get it done
