Winds app launch RuPay Prepaid Card | (I think Amex Card loading supported):

New Pinelabs RuPay Prepaid Card BIN - 817546

Note - if you already have Pinelabs mini kyc or full kyc account then no kyc document required, virtual card will instantly generated, no kyc information you need to submit.

For Example - ANQ Card, Fortum/Glida Card, Fabmoney/Pepper Money Card etc are Pinelabs powered Card. you dnt need to submit your kyc again, if you have account anyone of this wallet.

What’s the merchant name visible if one proceeds with Ola money option? Any additional charges for the same?

If you save your card on ola app and pay directly through any merchant, you will get max time "www olacabs com" merchant name. No matter which merchant you paid and 5% on SBI Cashback credit card.

Another trick use Phonepe wallet - and if you get "PHONEPE PVT LTD" merchant name, 5% on SBI Cashback credit card but if you are unlucky then you need to try 10 to 20 times and then this merchant name came or sometimes came on 1st or max 6th attempt.
