genuinely want to know :

How do people get premier/other bank CCs via TRV? Do you have a home loan that you shifted? Do you just have that much cash laying around?

I have investments, but most of those are in MFs, and aint no way I am getting regular MF schemes. I dont buy stocks as I have better things to do with my time.

Yes, some bank do require. Even loans like home loan, personal loan, car loan is counted towards TRV. But this is the case for some banks. Axis bank at times need a little more than just loan at times. But depends on personal experience also with whom you are dealing.
There are rumors suggesting that the Axis Atlas transfer ratio may be revised from 1:2 to 2:3, effectively resulting in about a 25% reduction in user returns.
