Recently got an upgrade offer to Infinia as fyf ,holding regalia ,should I opt in for Infinia ? Is it worth the hype ?

AyazMaqbool Depends on nature of spends. Reward rate is higher than regalia for sure. Just see if you can extract enough extra value to cover annual fees from next year onwards…

AyazMaqbool definitely worth it. Use Smartbuy to maximise the reward. Infinia is very good if you want to have a single or only 1-2 cards and still get a lot of rewards.

My usage in infina last year was limited due to Magnus and was not able to make the best use of the card.

I still decided to renew the card, because the Card pays for itself in form of Points every year, the annual fees is paid.

If you travel by flights every year for atleast 18000 Rupees, You should take thid card. As only then, you will be able to consume the points you earned due to annual fees.

In such a case, the only component you end up effectively paying is the GST part of 2250 Rs, which is very cool and equates well with the unlimited lounge access for you and add-on Members while you Fly.

All other benefits are icing on the cake.

So this card is a definite in your wallet provided you or your family Travel well.

Ps I am trying to get DCB black under allumni offer . Can we hold more than 2 cards with HDFC ?

AyazMaqbool so all spends are counted towards the milestone but like pointed out above , I don’t think you should worry about the fees as you get points

AyazMaqbool If you are able to get LTF DCB, it's equally great.

Benefits are almost the same. Ofcourse Infinia still has an edge.

After getting DCB, it will be difficult to get Infinia as a second card. However after Infinia DCB is possible.

NidhinPhilip True, but with rupay penetrating, I believe that should not be an issue going forward as Discover, Diners and Rupay have MoU to use each other's network.

But I don't have DCB, so can't comment how effective it is on ground.
