I have regalia gold from 2020, offered upgrade to paid millenia last September.
Card renewed in nov 2023.
I had written to customer service earlier they denied LE & upgrade.
Now few days back on 11.03.24, I had written to grievance email id of hdfc, autogenerated grievance number, but no reply till now. Again replied to that email that there is no reply, again a new number is generated.
They didn’t contacted on call/ email either.
Please tell how to proceed, I have mentioned my details regarding ITR, salary, home loan with them etc but not attached any document.
How to know status of request or escalate this?
