I had paid rent last month seamlessly using Payzapp/RG, however, this month on Payzapp I am unable to pay using the same registration id since it says no bill due. While on the RG website it shows me several bills that were raised on the due date with the same reg ID, payzapp is unable to fetch the same and I'm not able to pay.
Anyone here able to help on what I can do for this issue? Can't keep creating new registrations also for the same rent payment. Payzapp support is rather elusive, I am unable to find any email/phone for contact. I have raised a ticket but there has been no response on it in 2 days. Any help here would be much appreciated. Thanks!
