I am also facing similar issue since last 2 weeks, issue started with verify email on sbi app for my 2 cards, which I did ie verify email through sbi weblogin, next morning on opening sbi mobile app, I was able to see one of my active cards, 2 closed cards but details of sbi cashback card were not visible, it was showing server error, immediately called customer care, they said no issue from their side, card is active and to send screenshot of problem faced, I did that, I have been able to do transactions but my details of only one card ie cashback card are not fetching either on sbi cards app, sbi weblogin, and sbi cards on whatsApp, what followed is series of mail to sbi customer care, with none understanding the issue, raised the issue on Twitter as well, just now they have marked issue as resolved without issue being resolved. Called customer care in morning today again, they said to send kyc documents again, mailed them in mng today itself, I don’t know how is this problem going to get solved, thinking of closing the card itself as wasting this much time and energy is not worth for 2-5 percent rewards.
