There was a brief period when Payzapp used to be one of the 10X partners for Diners Club credit cards when every transaction including rent payments earned 33.3% rewards. 🙂 However, the offer was removed soon and Payzapp was never added for 10X offers. My View
This is a good offer which can be met with regular PayZapp spends. If you are looking to use this offer, do check JioMart which accepts PayZapp.
The total reward rate for HDFC Infinia and Diners Black cards is a nice 9.9%.
